All merchandise shipped F.O.B. factory

Minimums -- Minimum order is $100.00 US. Items are sold in multiples of two per color unless otherwise noted. All orders, changes and requests must be in writing. All sales are final.

Terms-- First orders require: COD, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover. Net 30 with approved credit only. All amounts past due shall bear an interest rate of 1.5% per month. If terms are not met, pending and future orders will be held from shipping.

Credit -- Three (3) trade and bank references (with complete addresses and telephone numbers) must be provided with your order if you are requesting net 30 terms. Allow 4 weeks for credit processing.

Backorders -- Backorders will be shipped when available unless you have notified us to cancel. Backorders under $25 will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping -- Normal shipping time is 2-3 weeks from order receipt. The Planet Sack is not responsible for delays or loss after an order is transferred to shipper. If your shipment is not received within 10 days of the invoice date, contact The Planet Sack customer service department at 213.572.4544 for tracing assistance.

Cancellations -- Customers that refuse a COD order or cancel an order once it is pulled and packed will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight charges incurred. All sales are final unless merchandise is received damaged. Damage must be reported to The Planet Sack within 5 days of order receipt. Keep damaged merchandise in the original carton for carrier inspection. Damaged returns require prior authorization from The Planet Sack. No returns will be accepted without an authorization code.

Claims -- Inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for errors, shortages and damaged goods must be filed within 5 days or order receipt, or claim will be denied.

Damaged Cartons -- Claims must be made immediately by the customer with delivery carrier. Note all crushed and damaged boxes on delivery receipt. Keep damaged merchandise in the original carton for carrier inspection. Claims for loss and damage must be filed with The Planet Sack immediately.

Custom -- 50% deposit, balance due prepaid by check or credit card prior to shipping order. Custom orders are not cancelable. Once in production, deposits become non-refundable. All sales are final. All orders, changes, and requests must be made in writing.
